Ms Nie is the head of Tahota Intellectual Property (Chongqing) Legal Service Center, who once served as an in-house attorney of an US funded company, one of the top 500 enterprises in the world, specialized in the implementation of corporate trademark strategies and anti-monopoly legal affairs with outstanding English language skills. In lawyer’s professional experience, Ms Nie has handled sorts of project negotiations, commercial dispute resolution, criminal defences, etc. Ms Nie is capable of providing best solutions upon the insight into business with the combination of criminal and civil legal proceedings, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of customers to the greatest extent. Ms Nie has rewarded a good reputation among many customers with her good professionalism and meticulous work style.
Ms Nie participated in the research projects of the Path Research of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Assisted by Trademark and Geographical Indication in Animal Husbandry Industry of Chongqing, and the Research on the Construction of Bilingual Curriculum (Chinese and English) for Graduate Students of International Protection of Intellectual Property (yjp162030). The latter was awarded Excellent Teaching Team of Southwest University of Political Science & Law.
Ms Nie is enthusiastic about social responsibility activities, some of which were reported by the People's Daily, Learning Power and other mass media. She has served as a lawyer of "1000 Lawyers Serve Employees in Corporate" project organized by Chongqing Federation of Trade Unions , “Legal Volunteering member for private enterprises” project organized by Chongqing Jiangjin Federation of Industry and Commerce. In cooperation with the public security bureau and procuratorate, she has carried out campus legal training activities, provided legal aid in juvenile criminal cases and successfully represented her client in a series of not guilty plea cases.
