On November 23, 2021, Chengdu Communications Investment Group (hereinafter referred to as "CDCCIC" or "issuer") successfully issued US$600 million senior unsecured bonds in the overseas market, with a bond term of 3 years, coupon rate 2.2% and bond rating BBB+, which sees a stable prospect. The domestic legal counsel of the underwriter is served by the lawyer of Tahota.

Tahota assisted Henan Investment Group in issuing USD notes in overseas markets
Recently, Henan Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Henan Investment Group") successfully issued USD 300 million senior fix-rate notes in overseas markets. Henan Investment Group held large-scale online roadshows targeted at Asian and European investors respectively for its first issuance of USD notes, which attracted over 150 cross-border investors such as Black Rock, the largest asset management company around the globe, Manulife, the largest insurance company in Canada, and JP Morgan. The notes were heavily subscribed by several financial institutions, with a subscription multiple of 17 and the final price being 2.20% of the coupon rate. The corporate and facility were both rated as A- under the Fitch rating system.

Tahota assisting in the first bank merger project in Sichuan that was approved by Sichuan Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau
Recently, the Reply on the Merger of Yibin Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. with Sichuan Yibin Jinjiang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., the Reply on the Dissolution of Sichuan Yibin Jinjiang Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. and the Financial License were successively issued by Sichuan Banking and Insurance Regulatory Bureau for the deepening reform of rural commercial banks in the central urban areas in Yibin. The above replies and financial license indicate that decisive results have been achieved in merger reform of rural commercial banks in the central urban areas of Yibin, and the largest urban rural commercial bank is generated under Sichuan Rural Credit.
